A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience, he brings unmatched depth in finance, corporate governance, and investment strategy. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions in key areas such as investment trusts, asset management, and corporate finance, offering strategic leadership and oversight across high-stakes financial ecosystems.

His involvement in real estate spans decades—not just in advisory capacities but also as a developer. He has independently executed more than 20 residential and commercial projects, demonstrating hands-on expertise in planning, execution, and financial structuring. Currently, he is actively involved in large-scale real estate developments in partnership with some of the leading brands in Eastern India.

As a founder, he brings a long-term vision rooted in fiscal discipline, trust, and responsible development. His unique ability to bridge financial insight with on-ground execution ensures that the company is built on a foundation of stability, credibility, and sustainable growth.

Co-Founder – Saarthak Srimal

With over 12 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, he has developed deep expertise in operations, project management, procurement, budgeting, planning, and contract negotiation. He has successfully led complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring a balance of quality, efficiency, and timely execution.

Having held a leadership role in operations at one of Eastern India’s leading real estate companies, he has been closely involved in large-scale developments and has consistently focused on improving processes, enhancing coordination, and delivering value at every stage.

This venture was born out of a desire to bring a more thoughtful and professional approach to real estate—an approach grounded in trust, transparency, and a genuine understanding of what buyers seek. After years of witnessing the gaps in customer experience and execution across the industry, the vision was clear: to create spaces that are not just well-designed but also responsibly delivered.
